Returns Policy
Our return policy:
- If you want to return any of the products, you can do this within 14 days after receivalt. Attention : Our return policy does not apply to wallpaper, personalized products and products specific ordered for the customer. See below.
- Returns will only be processed and accepted if we received the products in perfect, undamaged and unused condition and in its original packaging.
- The shipment costs for the return are at the expense of the buyer.
Exceptions on our return policy:
- Wallpapers, products that are especially designed, made or ordered for the buyer can not be returned!
- Received gift vouchers can not be refunded in cash. Instead, we can transform it in a credit voucher for future purchases.
Follow these steps to return a product or order:
- Login to your account.
- Click op 'Returns' of 'View my return requests'. You will receive a list of your previous returns.
- Click on the button 'New Return' to registrate a new return request.
- Fill in the return form that is shown.
- After submission, you will receive soon (mostly within 24 hours) an email with further instructions.

Refund of the returned goods:
- For the refund, you need to give your name, address and bank account number (IBAN and BIC) in writing.
- After receiving your return, we will give you back the amount you paid for the item as soon as possible. Legally this should be done within 14 calendar days.
